Abstract: Serum osteocalcin was measured in 48 cases with lung carcinoma. The results showed that the serum concentration of osteocalcin in lung cancer patients was nearly twice as that in normal controls,which was the highist in small cell lung cancer,and higher in cases with bone matastasis than that in without matastasis. The level of serum osteocalcin in patients was positive to that of carcinoembroid antigen(CEA).
