食管癌前各阶段病变PCNA表达的研究

A study on expression of PCNA in precancerous lesions of esophageal mucosas

摘要: 采用LSAB免疫组织化学方法检测了食管上皮从正常──单纯增生──不典型增生──原位癌多阶段过程中PCNA表达的变化，结果上述癌前各阶段病变PCNA阳性细胞率依次增高，各级之间差异显著（P＜0.001）。可为筛选食管癌前病变和发现早期食管癌制定一个较为客观的组织学量化标准。

Abstract: The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in precancerous lesions of esophageal mucosas including simple.hyperlasia,dysplasia and cancinoma in situ.Were studied by semiquantive labelled strepavidin biotin(LSAB)immunohisto chemical staiming method.The results showed that the percentage of PCNA-Positive cell increased Progressively in the precancerous lesions of esophageal mucosas above,and the difference were.significant(P0.001 ),Which enabled us make a objective criteria for diagnosis of precancerous lesions of esophagus.
