Abstract: Effect analysis of radiotherapy in 64 case of early stage esophageal carcinoma.The survival rate of 5, 10 and 15 years were respectively: 71.9%(46/64), 46.9%(30/64) and 31.3%(20/64). Local recurrence and distance metastasis were the majorcause of death. Rountine fraction radiotherapy with three fields was a better way forearly stage esophageal carcinome. Optimal radiation dose was 50-60Gy/5-6w.Analisising effect and long-term survival quality of those patients, we believe that radiotherapy is one of the effective ways of treating early stage esophageal carcinorna.
