Abstract:
Objective To study the distributing of β-Glucuronidase in the tissue of hepatic cell carcinoma. Methods We detected β-Glucuronidase quantitatively and its location in the tissue using the technique of immunohistochemistry and immunoelectroscopy. Results The expression of β-Glucuronidase in the cell and sub cell level were similar, which were significantly higher than in the normal tissue. The higher of the malignant degree, the stronger of the β-Glucuronidase expression in cancer tissue ( P 0 01). Conclusion The increasing of β-Glucuronidase level in the hepatic carcinoma tissue was accompanied by the increasing of metabolize of the cancer cell. As a enzymatic marker in vivo, β-Glucuronidase detection has its clinical significance to the diagnosis of hepatic carcinoma and the determination of malignant degree.
