中西医结合治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

摘要: 目的 探讨晚期胃癌应用中西医结合 方法 治疗的疗效和化疗药物的毒副反应。 方法 对已确诊的住院晚期胃癌52例采用AMF方案或TMF方案化疗配合中药辩证施治病与文献报道单用化疗的疗效比较。 结果 ：中西医结合治疗近期有效率达53％,高于文献报道单用AMF方案化疗有效率42％,化疗毒副反应明显减轻,胃肠道反应Ⅱ°以下占92％,外周血白细胞Ⅱ°以下占92％。 结论 中西医结合治疗疗效明显优于单用化疗,毒副反应减轻。Abstract: Objective To study the combined curative effect of Chinese medicines and chemical drugs on advanced gastric cancers and the side effects of chemotherapy. Methods 52 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with AMF or TMF and Chinese medicines. Results The total effective rate was 53%;The side effect (＜Ⅱ° was 92% on gastric-intestinal tract and 92% on peripheral blood system. Conclusion Compared with effective rate (42%) of chemotherapy alone published in literature,the combined curative effect of Chinese medicines and chemotherapy was better and its side effects were reduced.
