PF 方案化放治疗N 3 期鼻咽癌的临床研究

摘要: 目的 评价 PF方案化放治疗 N3期鼻咽癌的效果。方法 66例 T1～ 3N3M0 鼻咽癌随机分成两组, 一组先行 PF方案化疗后放疗 ;一组单纯放疗。两组均采用钴 - 60常规分割照射, 放疗方法及剂量相同。结果 化放组 5年生存率 45 .5 %, 单放组 2 1 .2 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;化放组远处转移发生时间平均放疗后 1 7.4个月, 单放组 7.9个月 ;化放组远处转移率 2 1 .2 %, 单放组 36.4% ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 PF方案化放治疗 N3期鼻咽癌能够延缓远处转移发生时间, 减少远处转移, 提高远期生存率.Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil regimen combined with radiotherapy in stage N 3 nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods sixty-six patients with stage T 1～3 N 3M 0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomized into two groups.Radiochemotherapy group were treated with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil regimen Chemotherapy followed radiotherapy.
