血管抑制素对血管内皮细胞系ECV-304的抑制作用

摘要: 目的　观察血管抑制素 (Angiostatin)对血管内皮细胞系ECV 3 0 4的抑制作用。方法　利用MTT法分析结果, 实验分为 :1 .将血管抑制素与细胞同时加入 ;2 .先接种细胞, 培养 2 4h后再加血管抑制素。结果　血管抑制素对ECV 3 0 4的抑制作用呈典型的量效关系。结论　血管抑制素对血管内皮细胞有显著的抑制作用。

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effects of angiostatin on blood vessel endothelium cell line ECV-304. Methods Experiments were performed on different groups:1. angiostatin and cells were added simultaneously. 2. cells were inoculation Firstly and cells were added angiostatin after culturing for 24 hours.
