The Effect of G-CSF Mobilization on Phenotypical and Functional Properties of Lymphocytes in Healthy Donors

摘要: 目的　研究人重组粒细胞集落刺激因子 (rhG CSF)对供者淋巴细胞亚群及其表面活化标志的影响。方法　应用流式细胞术检测 2 2例异基因造血干细胞供者rhG CSF动员前、中、后外周淋巴细胞亚群的比例及T淋巴细胞活化指标的变化。结果　rhG CSF动员第 4天, 淋巴细胞数、B淋巴细胞、CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 细胞绝对值均明显升高 ;CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 细胞的比例及CD4 /CD8值动员前、中、后无明显变化。除CD4 + CD2 5 + 、CD4 + CD4 5RO+ 表达动员后降低外 (且于动员停止后第 7天恢复至动员前水平 ), 其余活化标志的表达无明显变化。结论　rhG CSF可暂时性升高正常供者的淋巴细胞数及降低T淋巴细胞活化水平, 但于停止动员后 1周恢复至动员前水平

Abstract: Objective To probe into the effect of G CSF mobilization on phenotypical and functional properties of lymphocytes in healthy donors. Methods The lymphocytes subsets and their activity markers of 22 normal donors were tested by flow cytometry pre treatment, post treatment (the first leukapheresis day) and one week later after the last rhG CSF mobilization.
