EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白(LMP1)与survivin在鼻咽癌中的表达

Expressions of Epstein-Barr Virus Latent Membrane Protein 1(LMP1) and survivin in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and their Clinical Significance

摘要: 目的探讨鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌组织中EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白LMP1和survivin表达水平与预后的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法对83例鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌组织进行LMP1和survivin标记,分析其与临床分期、放疗后三年内结果的关系。结果LMP1的表达与临床分期无关(P>0.05),但与放疗后三年内复发有关(P<0.05)。survivin与临床分期,放疗后三年内复发有关(P<0.05)。LMP1与survivin有相关(P<0.05)。结论LMP1与survivin在鼻咽癌的预后中有重要价值,可作临床治疗的参考指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of EBV-LMP1 and Survivin in nasopharyngeal poor differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation to prognosis.
