Abstract:
Abstract:For studing the relationship of patient prognosis to DNA ploidy of para-cancer tissue in patients with primary liver cancer,DNA ploidy and SPF were measured on para-cancer tissue samples from 42 primary liver cancer by flow cytometry. The results showed that DNA aneuploidy rate of para-cancer tissue was 59.5%.The 5 year survival rate and survival time of patients with diploidy in para-cancer tissue were higher than that of patients with aneuploidy (82.4%,65.8 moons ± 21.7 moons and 32.0%,32.1% moons ± 23.6 moons,P<0.01 respectively). The survival rate line of cases with diploidy was higher than that of cases with aneuploidy. The above results provided objective evidence for grading patients as regards prognosis in primary liver cancer.
