胶质瘤中整合素β_1的表达与侵袭性的相关研究

Relationship between the Expression of Integrin β_1 and Invasion in Gliomas

摘要: 目的探讨整合素β1在胶质瘤细胞侵袭过程中的作用。方法用免疫组化方法检测45例胶质瘤、5例正常组织中整合素β1及Ki67的表达。结果整合素β1在WHOⅠ、Ⅱ级及WHOⅢ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤中的免疫组化阳性率分别为42.11%及73.08%,有明显差异(P<0.05);整合素β1的表达与Ki67标记指数具有正相关关系。结论整合素β1参与胶质瘤的侵袭生长过程,随着整合素β1表达的增高,肿瘤细胞的恶性程度增加、侵袭性增强。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of integrinβ_ 1 on mechanism of invasion of gliomas cell line. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to determine the expression of integrinβ_ 1 and Ki-67 nuclear antigen in gliomas (45cases), normal brain tissues (5 cases). Results The positive expression rates of integrinβ_ 1 in gliomas of gradeⅠ.Ⅱand gradeⅢ.Ⅳ were 42.11%, 73.08%,respectively. It was statistical significance (P< 0.05).
