CF加5-Fu持续滴注联合CBP治疗晚期食管癌

High-Dose-Folinic Acid, 5-fluorouracil Bolus and Continuous Infusion 48 Hours Combined with Carboplatin in Advanced Esophageal Carcinona

摘要: 目的评价大剂量醛氢叶酸加5氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)持续48h滴注联合卡铂(CBP)方案治疗晚期食管癌的客观疗效及毒副反应,探索晚期食管癌较合理治疗方案。方法对入选的33例晚期食管癌病人采用大剂量醛氢叶酸(200mg/m2)+5-Fu(3.0g/m2)持续48h滴注联合CBP方案进行治疗,平均2.61个疗程。结果完全缓解(CR)3例,部份缓解(PR)12例,稳定(NC)17例,进展(PD)1例,有效率为45.45%。主要的毒副反应为恶心呕吐、脱发、骨髓抑制及口腔粘膜炎,经常规对症治疗后见好转。结论大剂量醛氢叶酸+5-Fu持续48h滴注联合卡铂方案治疗晚期食管癌有一定疗效,毒副反应较轻。

Abstract: Objective To assess the anti-tumor efficacy and safety of high-dose-folinic acid plus 5-fluorouracil bolus and continuous infusion 48 hours combined with carboplatin in treating advanced esophageal carcinoma.
