环氧合酶-2在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达

A Study of Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Retinoblastoma

摘要: 目的　探讨环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )在视网膜母细胞瘤 (retinoblastoma, RB)中的表达及COX 2选择性抑制剂对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞的作用机制。方法　应用链霉亲和素蛋白生物素酶标免疫组织化学方法 (labellstreptavidinbiotinmethod, LSAB), 对 37例RB组织中COX 2的表达进行分析。培养视网膜母细胞瘤细胞HXO RB44,检测COX 2选择性抑制剂NS 398对细胞增殖的影响。结果　COX 2在RB中的阳性表达率为 75 .7% (2 8/ 37例 ), 与RB的分化程度和视神经浸润无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;NS 398对HXO RB44的抑制作用具有时间及剂量依存性。结论　COX 2可能在视网膜母细胞瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用, COX 2选择性抑制剂NS 398对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞HXO RB44有明显抑制作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase -2 in retinoblastoma and the mechanism of COX-2 s selective inhibitor,NS -398,on HXO -RB_ 44 . Methods The expression of COX-2 in RB tissues of 37 cases was analyzed by using LSAB immunohistochemical method.
