乳腺肿块微血管密度与血氧近红外光参数的实验研究

Experimental Study on Near-infrared Parameters of Blood Oxygen and Microvessel Density of Mammary Gland Phyma

  • 摘要: 目的 从组织微血管分布密度初探乳腺肿块血氧近红外光参数的可靠性。方法 用近红外光TBO—I型双波长乳腺肿瘤检测仪,对检测的181例乳腺肿块进行近红外光血氧参数分类和病理切片检查明确肿块性质,并对其中20例恶性肿块和20例良性肿块进行免疫组织化学SP法检测乳腺肿块微血管密度,运用医学统计学方法分析近红外光血氧参数与微血管密度的相关性。结果 (1)28例高血乳腺肿块微血管密度值和血含量值分别为24.56±8.110和1.891±0.850,12例低血乳腺肿块微血管密度值和血含量值分别为17.98±8.729和0.698±0.283,两者比较存在显著性差异(P〈0.05);(2)40例乳腺肿块的微血管密度值与近红外光血含量值直线相关系数为r=0.4208(P〈0.05)。结论 乳腺良、恶性肿块局部微血管密度与其血含量近红外检测参数存在相关性,说明了近红外光血含量检测参数作为诊断乳腺癌标准的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Objective  To detect the reliability of near2inf rared parameters of blood oxygen of mammary gland phyma f rom the microvessel density of tumor. Methods  181 cases of mammary gland pryma who had accept the examination of the near-infrared TBO-I dual-wave length mammary gland phyma dedecfor were classified by near2inf rared parameters of blood oxygen, and were performed the pathologic exmination to ascertain whether tumor is benign or malignant . Out of these cases, int ratumor microvessel density of 20 cases of malignant phyma and 20 cases of benign phyma were confirm by s2p immunohistochemical methods, then the relation among near2inf rared parameters and microvessel density were analyzed by medical statistics. Results  (1) The microvessel density and blood concent ration of 28 cases of the“high blood”tumor was 24. 56 ±8. 110, 1. 891 ±0. 850 respectively. The microvessel density and blood concent ration of 12 cases of the“low blood”was 17. 98 ±8. 729, 0. 698 ±0. 283 respectively. There is significant difference between the“high blood”tumor and“low blood”tumor. ( P < 0. 05) . (2) The int ratumor microvessel density and blood concert ration is linearly correlated respectively, the linear correlation coefficient r =0. 4208 ( P < 0. 05) in 40 cases of mammary gland phyma. Conclusion  The int ratumor microvessel density of benign or malignant mammary gland phyma and blood concent ration is linearly correlated. Blood concent ration (one of near2inf rared parameters) is reliable to be used as dignosis criterion of malignant mammary gland phyma.
