摘要: 目的　探讨 α-连接蛋白的表达与大肠腺癌的分化程度、局部侵袭深度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期的关系。方法　用 SP免疫组化方法检测α-连接蛋白的表达, 并与临床参数相比较。结果　 58.6% (34/58)的大肠腺癌α-连接蛋白表达减低, 表达减低与癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期相关 (P分别 <0 .0 1, <0 .0 1和 <0 .0 5), 与局部侵袭深度无关 (P>0 .0 5)。结论　α-连接蛋白在大肠腺癌中常见表达下调, 可作为淋巴结转移的敏感指标。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate expression of α-catenin in colorectal adenocarcinomas and its relationship with differentiation,depth of local invasiveness,lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage of the tumor.
