Abstract:
Objective To study the expression cyclinD1, and p57
KIP2 in invasive duct carcinoma ( IDC) and their clinical significances. Methods In 64 IDC, 15 ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), and 15 adjacent normal breast tissues, the expression of cyclinD1, and p57
KIP2was detected respectively by immunohistochemical SP methods. Results The expression of cyclinD1 and p57
KIP2 between IDC and breast different tissues, and axilliaris lymph node metastasis, and expression of cyclinD1 and histological grade of IDC had significant difference ( P ≤0. 05, P < 0. 01) . There was negative relationship between expression of cyclinD
1 and p57
KIP2( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion cyclinD
1 and p57
KIP2may play an important role in the mammary tissue carcinogenesis and progression of breast carcinoma. The abnormal expression of cyclinD
1 was early event of breast carcinoma. The combined detection of cyclinD
1 and p57
KIP2has positive effects on predicting the lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma.
