乳腺典型髓样癌与非典型髓样癌中E-cadherin、CD44v6的表达及意义

摘要: 目的　探讨乳腺典型髓样癌、非典型髓样癌形态相似而预后差异显著的分子机理。方法　采用免疫组织化学 (s p)法测定 18例乳腺典型髓样癌、30例非典型髓样癌中E cadherin、CD4 4v6的表达。结果　E cadherin蛋白的表达强度, 典型髓样癌高于非典型髓样癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;非典型髓样癌中CD4 4v6的表达强度明显高于典型髓样癌 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　E cadherin、CD4 4v6表达的显著差异是乳腺典型髓样癌、非典型髓样癌形态相似而预后迥异的重要原因之一

Abstract: Objective To study the mechanism of typical medullary carcinoma and atypical medullary carcinoma′s similar morphology and different prognosis . Methods The immunohistochemical staining method was used to evaluate the positivity of E cadhein,CD44v6 in 30 cases of atypicial medullary carcinoma and 18 cases of typicial medullary carcinoma.
