DDP不同剂量分配联合5-Fu/CF治疗食管癌

Two different divided dosage of DDP combined with 5-Fu/CF treating the carcinoma of esophagus

摘要: 目的　比较顺铂两种剂量分配联合化疗的疗效及毒副反应。方法　 6 5例食管癌随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 :DDP 12～ 15mg/m2, d1～ 5;对照组 :DDP 80～ 10 0mg/m2, d1;两组 5 Fu/CF使用方法相同 ;止吐方案两组相同。结果　两组疗效相仿, 治疗组缓解率 5 0 %, 对照组 5 1.6 % ;毒副反应 :消化道反应治疗组明显低于对照组, 差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肾毒性的发生率也是对照组高于治疗组 (P <0 .0 1) ;骨髓毒性及其它毒副反应发生率两组间相仿。结论　小剂量顺铂连续使用的疗效与大剂量相仿, 副作用小, 值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect and the side effects between the two different divided dosage of DDP. Methods 65 cases with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups randomly. Group1:DDP 12～15mg/m 2,d1～5;group 2:DDP 80～100mg/m 2,d1. The two groups were all combined with 5-Fu/CF and given the same anti-vomiting drugs.
