TSGF在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

The expression of serum tumor specific growth factor and its clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer

摘要: 目的　探讨TSGF在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法　采用对比分析法对6 4例NSCLC和 12 6例肺结核人群中TSGF进行检测。结果　TSGF的表达率对照组与肺癌组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1), 且与NSCLC不同阶段、淋巴转移及患者生存期有关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　TSGF临床上可作为NSCLC与肺结核鉴别及预测NSCLC生物学行为和疗效检测的参考指标。

Abstract: objective To determine the expression of the tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in the serum of non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC)patients and its clinical significance.
