非小细胞肺癌CD44v6和C-erbB-2表达及其意义

Studies on the Expressions of CD44v6 and C -erbB-2 Gene Product in Human Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要: 目的　研究非小细胞肺癌CD44v6和C-erbB-2基因蛋白的表达状况及其临床意义。方法　应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶 (SP)法染色技术，对65例非小细胞肺癌组织标本进行检测，并分析其临床意义。结果　CD44v6高表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05)；C -erbB-2高表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论　检测CD44v6和C-erbB-2基因蛋白的表达，有可能为判断非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移、病变的发展以及评估预后提供依据。

Abstract: Objective To observe the expressions of CD44v6 and C-e r bB-2 gene product in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and their clinical sign ificance. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 gene produ ct in 65 cases of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) were analysed quantitativel y with the immunohistochemistry staining technique(SP),and the result were relat ed to clinical data. Results The results showed that CD44v6 overexpre ssion was associated with the stages with lymphnodes involved and the desease st aging(P<0.05).The C-erbB-2 overexpression also correlated with the stages with lymphnodes involved (P<0.05). Conclusion The data demonstr ated that expressions of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 gene product might be used as obj ective indicators of the metastatic potency,extent of invation and the prognosis in NSCLC.
