结直肠癌侵袭性和手术切除对病人血清E-钙粘附素浓度的影响

The influence of aggressiveness and surgical operation of colorectal carcinomas on serum E-cadherin level

摘要: 目的　检测 2 8例结直肠癌病人血清E 钙粘附素 (E Cad)浓度, 探讨与结直肠癌侵袭性的关联性。方法　应用酶联免疫吸附法测定可溶性E Cad浓度。结果　血清E Cad浓度结直肠癌组显著高于对照组, DukesC组或有淋巴结转移组明显高于DukesA、B组或无淋巴结转移组, 切除瘤体后上述各组的血清E Cad浓度均明显下降。结论　血清E Cad可能与人结直肠癌的浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关

Abstract: Objective By analyzing serum E cadherin (E Cad) concentration in 28 cases of colorectal carcinoma,we are to detect the activity of E Cad on the aggressiveness and metastasis of human colorectal cancer.
