拓扑异构酶Ⅱ在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要: 目的 探讨DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ (TopoisomeraseⅡ, TopoⅡ )在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervicalintraepithelialneoplasm, CIN)和宫颈癌中的表达。 方法 采用免疫组化的方法对 1 8例正常宫颈组织, 2 8例CIN及 5 8例浸润性宫颈癌进行TopoⅡ的检测。 结果 TopoⅡ在正常宫颈组织、CIN及宫颈癌中均有表达, 但在CINⅢ和宫颈癌中表达水平高于正常组织和CINⅠ组。其表达与浸润性宫颈癌组织学分级无关。结论 TopoⅡ是检测肿瘤细胞增殖的一种免疫标记物, 其在宫颈癌中明显高表达, 选择TopoⅡ抑制剂进行化疗有助于提高化疗效果Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of topoisomeraseⅡ(TopoⅡ) in normal cervical squamous tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN) and cervical squamous carcinoma.
