膀胱移行细胞癌Pgp、突变p 53 蛋白、EGFR 表达的预后判定价值

The Prognostic Significance of P-glycoprotein,Mutant p53 Protein and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Expression in Primary Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Bliadder

摘要: 目的　探讨 Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR表达在膀胱移行细胞癌预后方面的判定价值。方法　应用免疫组化 SP法, 检测 83例随 3年以上、术前未经化疗的原发性膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、突变 p53蛋白和 EGFR表达情况。结果　 Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR的阳性表达率分别为63.9%、74.7%、67.5%, 三者的过表达均与膀胱癌的病理分级、临床分期和复发有关 ;生存分析显示 Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR表达与患者术后存活率密切相关。结论　Pgp、突变 p53蛋白、EGFR过表达是判定膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度和预后的重要指标。
