  • 摘要: 目的 探讨TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡的最佳条件。方法 各取 2 0例大肠癌组织和鼠脑组织, 分成A、B两组, A组按照宝灵曼公司推荐的条件操作, B组按照本实验室改进后的条件操作。结果 A组与B组细胞凋亡阳性率无区别 (P >0 .0 5 ), A组背景着色明显高于B组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 改良后的TUNEL操作条件更准确地反映出细胞凋亡状态

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the optimal conditions on apoptotic cells detected by terminal transferase deoxyuridine nick-end labeling (TUNEL). Methods 20 human large intestinal carcinomas and 20 rat cerebrum tissues were seprated into two groups. Group A was constituted of 10 human large intestinal carcinomas and 10 rat cerebrum tissues, the rest served as group B.
