基质金属蛋白酶9和14在子宫内膜异位症中的表达

Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and 14 in endometriosis

摘要: 目的　明确MMP 9和MMP 14在子宫内膜异位症中的表达。方法　利用原位杂交法检测MMP 9和MMP 14在正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜异位症病灶中的表达情况。结果　 (1)MMP 14在正常内膜中无表达, 在异位病灶中阳性表达率为 2 0 .0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )MMP 9在正常内膜中仅表达于增殖期内膜, 阳性表达率为 6 .9%, 在异位病灶中阳性表达率为 4 3.3% (P <0 .0 1)。结论　 (1)在子宫内膜异位病灶中MMP 14表达率低而MMP 9则高表达 ;(2 )MMP 14和MMP 9与内膜异位症的发生有密切关系, 但二者间无相关性。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and matrix metalloproteinase-14 in endometriosis. Methods The expression of MMP-9 and MMP-14 in normal and ectopic endometrium was detected by the method of in situ hybridization.
