卵巢癌p53蛋白表达与细胞增殖状态及预后的关系

Expression of p53 protein in ovarian cancer and its relationship to cell proliferative activity and prognosis

摘要: 目的　探讨卵巢癌p5 3蛋白表达及其与细胞增殖活性、淋巴结转移及生存期的关系。方法　采用S P免疫组织化学方法检测 6 8例卵巢癌中 p5 3蛋白及PCNA的表达。结果　 5 2 .9%卵巢癌组织中存在 p5 3蛋白的异常表达。p5 3蛋白阳性的卵巢癌其细胞增殖活性及淋巴结转移率均较阴性者为高 (P<0 .0 5 )。其生存期也较阴性者明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　p5 3基因的突变以及由此导致的细胞异常增殖与卵巢癌的发生有关, 且在其淋巴结转移中也起重要作用。检测 p5 3蛋白表达对判断卵巢癌的恶性程度及预测预后有重要参考价值。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of p53 protein in ovarian cancer and its relationship to cell proliferative activity, lymph node metastasis as well as prognosis. Methods The expression of p53 and PCNA was detected in 68 cases of ovarian cancer by means of S -P immunohistochemical technique. Results 52.9% of ovarian cancer was positive.
