数字减影血管造影术在子宫肌瘤栓塞治疗中的应用研究

The value of DSA in uterine arteries embolization for treating fibroid

摘要: 目的　探讨在子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤治疗中, 数字减影血管造影技术 (DSA)的应用价值。方法　对 15例子宫肌瘤患者, 采用 5FYashiro导管分别超选择插入双侧子宫动脉内, 注入真丝粒及明胶海绵行双侧子宫动脉栓塞, 在操作中运用球管倾斜, 小焦点, 脉冲间断透视, 路标等技术配合手术顺利进行。结果　在熟练的DSA技术配合下, 全部病例均栓塞成功, 手术成功率为 10 0 %, 手术操作时间为6 0 .5± 15 .1min, 曝光时间为 2 0 .3± 5 .2min, 手术中造影剂用量为 5 0ml,均明显低于文献报道。结论　在子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤过程中, 合理运用数字减影血管造影操作技术, 不仅有利于手术迅速进行, 而且减少了患者及医务工作者的放射损伤。

Abstract: Objective To explore the apply value of DSA techniques in bilateral uterine arteries embolization(UAE) of treating fibroid. Methods 15 cases of fibroid were treated by uterine arteries embolization. After a 5F Yashiro catheter was placed into uterine arteries, silk fragment and gelfoam powder was inserted to obstruct the blood supply of fibroid.
