异丙酚和硫贲妥钠对贲门癌根治术患者血清IL-8、IL-10、GST的影响

The effect of propofol and thiopentone on serum IL-8、IL-10 and GST of patients undergoing operative for cardiac cancer radical surgery

摘要: 目的　异丙酚和硫贲妥钠在贲门癌根治术中应用, 观察围术期IL 8、IL 10、GST的变化。方法贲门癌根治术患者 4 0例, 分异丙酚 (P组 )和硫贲妥钠 (T组 ), 麻醉前后抽取静脉血, 检测血清IL 8、IL 10、GST。结果　术后血清IL 8、IL 10、GST高于麻醉前, P组血清IL 8、GST低于T组, 而IL 10高于T组。结论　异丙酚能调控贲门癌患者围术期IL 8、IL 10的分泌, 有效抑制GST分泌保护肝脏功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the changes of interleukin 8(IL-8),interleukin 10 (IL-10) and glitathione S-transferases(GST) of patients undergoing gastric cardiac cancer radial surgery by propofol and thiopentone.
