食管癌术前口服5-Fu糊剂加PVB方案联合化疗的临床及病理观察

摘要: 目的 探讨食管癌术前口服 5 Fu糊剂加PVB方案联合化疗的疗效。方法 对比食管癌术前化疗组 2 7例和术前放疗组 30例的病理变化、副作用及临床效果。结果 按中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范标准, 化疗组 2 7例 (CR 0例、PR 11例、MR 5例、SD 10例、PD 1例 ), 有效率 5 9.3%, 病理改变I～III度, 无肺纤维化反应。放疗组 30例 (CR 1例, PR 12例, MR 5例, SD 10例, PD 2例 ), 有效率为 6 0 .0 %, 病理改变I～III度, 有肺纤维化反应。结论 食管癌术前口服 5 Fu糊剂加PVB方案联合化疗的有效率与术前放疗相当, 适用于各期适于手术的食管癌病人, 尤其可应用于合并肺功能下降的不适于术前放疗的食管癌病人。Abstract: Objective To explore the effectiveness of preoperative chemotherapy of the esophageal cancer with PVB (PDD+VCR+BYM) and oral 5-Fu cataplasm.
