环氧化酶-2在肾癌中表达的研究

Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Human Renal Cell Carcinoma

摘要: 目的探讨COX2与肾透明细胞癌的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测35例肾透明细胞癌标本中COX2的表达,分析其与肾透明细胞癌的临床分期、病理分级及浸润、转移的关系。结果肾透明细胞癌COX2阳性表达率为68.6%,对照组正常肾组织阳性表达率20%,二者差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。COX2的表达与肾透明细胞癌临床分期显著相关,PT3～4期明显高于PT12期(P<0.05),不同病理分级肾透明细胞癌的表达差别无显著性意义。结论COX2在肾透明细胞癌的发生发展中起重要作用,与肾透明细胞癌的浸润、转移相关。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX 2) in human renal cell carcinomas(RCCs) and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX 2 was observed in 35 RCCs by immunohistochemical staining of SP method. Results COX 2 specific proteins were found in 24 of 35 RCC specimens, while in control renal tissues were 4 of 20.
