Progress and Review of Minimally Invasive Treatment for Solid Tumors in Children

  • 摘要: 实体肿瘤占儿童恶性肿瘤的60%,手术为其核心治疗手段。微创手术(MIS)因其创伤小、恢复快等优势应用渐广,但临床标准化方案仍有待完善。本文回顾了近十年来MIS在儿童实体肿瘤中的应用,探讨了其指征选择与技术进展,分析了其优势与不足,并讨论了3D腹腔镜、机器人手术等新技术的推动作用。MIS治疗儿童实体肿瘤安全可行,但其适应症需严格把控。此外,多学科协作诊疗(MDT)评估亦至关重要,治疗策略应优先考虑“患者安全”和“肿瘤根治”。

     

    Abstract: Solid tumors account for 60% of all pediatric malignancies, with surgery serving as the primary therapeutic modality. Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) has gained prominence in recent years because of its advantages such as reduced trauma and rapid recovery. However, standardized clinical protocols are still lacking. This article reviews the indications and technological advancements of MIS in pediatric solid tumors over the past decade, analyzing its advantages and limitations, as well as the influential role of emerging technologies such as 3D laparoscopy and robotic surgery. MIS is safe and feasible for treating pediatric solid tumors, but its indications must be strictly regulated. Multidisciplinary team evaluation is crucial, and treatment strategies should prioritize “patient safety” and “tumor eradication.”
