摘要: 早期肺癌治疗的成本经济学研究一直是肺癌领域关注的热点之一。针对早期肺癌的治疗方法包括放射治疗和胸外科手术，两者在治疗效果和成本方面各有优势。因此，为了更好地了解早期肺癌放射治疗与胸外科手术的成本效益，本文就这两种治疗方法的成本经济学研究进展进行简要的综述。

Abstract: The cost economics of early-stage lung cancer treatments has been a key focus in the field of lung cancer field. The primary treatment modalities for early-stage lung cancer include radiotherapy and thoracic surgery, each offering distinct advantages in terms of therapeutic outcomes and costs. To better understand the cost-effectiveness of radiotherapy versus thoracic surgery for early-stage lung cancer, this paper provides a brief review of recent research progress on the economic evaluations of these two treatment approaches.
