Abstract: Nowadays, angiogenesis has gradually become one of the most popular research directions of cancer since Jodah Folkman put forward a theory about that tumor development needs angiogenesis. Meanwhile, relevant research methods are enriched step by step. In this paper, we have made a systematic review to provide methodological references for subsequent studies about tumor angiogenesis and antiangiogenic therapy.
