环状核糖核酸调节肾透明细胞癌生物学行为的研究进展

Research Progress of CircRNAs Regulating Biological Behavior of Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 肾细胞癌作为十种多发癌症之一,其发病率与死亡率二十多年来一直在增加。肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)是其最常见的组织病理学亚型。环状核糖核酸(CircRNAs)是一种非编码核糖核酸,分布广泛,细胞功能多样化,并有器官及组织特异性表达模式。最近研究表明,CircRNAs在ccRCC中异常表达,作为其发生与发展的重要调节因子。目前CircRNAs调节ccRCC生物学行为的相关研究及机制较少。因此,本文主要就CircRNAs调节ccRCC生物学行为的研究进展进行叙述,并讨论其作为ccRCC早期诊断与预后的生物标志物及靶向治疗方面的潜力。

     

    Abstract: Renal cell carcinoma is one of the ten multiple cancers, and its incidence rate and mortality rate have been increasing in more than 20 years. Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common histopathological subtype. Cyclic ribonucleic acids (circRNAs) are noncoding ribonucleic acids, which are widely distributed with diverse cellular functions and have organ- and tissue-specific expression patterns. Recent studies have shown that circRNAs are abnormally expressed in ccRCC and play an important role in the occurrence and development of ccRCC. However, there are few researches and related mechanisms of circRNAs regulating the biological behavior of ccRCC. Therefore, the paper mainly describes the research progress of circRNAs regulating the biological behavior of ccRCC and discusses its potential as a biomarker for early diagnosis and prognosis of ccRCC and targeted therapy.
