Abstract: Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a kind of hematological malignancies, characterized by malignant clones in hematopoietic stem cells. The treatment mainly focused on epigenetic treatment, chemotherapy, stem cell transplantation and new drugs. This article summarized all these kinds of treatments.
