氩氦刀冷冻治疗上颌窦癌的临床疗效

Curative Effect of Argon-helium Cryoablation on Maxillary Sinus Cancer

    目的  探讨氩氦刀冷冻治疗上颌窦癌的疗效及其对免疫功能、IL-6、TNF-α、TNF-β、INF-γ的影响。
    方法  收集2012年8月—2016年8月37例采用氩氦刀冷冻治疗的上颌窦癌患者作为观察组,选取同期35例采用传统手术+局部放射治疗的患者为对照组,记录与随访两组的近、远期疗效以及手术前后免疫功能与验证因子变化情况。
    结果  观察组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为56.75%和60.00%。手术后两组CD8+降低,CD4+/CD8+升高(P < 0.05)。术后不同时期患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、TNF-β、INF-γ含量均较术前下降(P < 0.05)。
    结论  氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗上颌窦癌能改善患者的免疫功能及炎性反应,并发症少,远期疗效好。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective  Objective To investigate the effect of argon-helium cryoablation on maxillary sinus cancer and its influence on immune function, IL-6, TNF-α, TNF–β and INF-γ.
    Methods  From August 2012 to August 2016, 37 patients with maxillary sinus cancer treated by argon-helium cryoablation were selected as the observation group, and 35 patients treated with traditional surgery and local radiotherapy were selected as the control group at the same time. The short- and long-term effects, the changes of immune energy and verification factors before and after operation were recorded and followed up.
    Results  The effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 56.75% and 60.00%, respectively. CD8+ decreased and CD4+/CD8+ increased in two groups after operation (P < 0.05). The levels of IL-6, TNF-α, TNF–β and INF-γ in the serum of patients at different stages after operation were lower than those before operation (P < 0.05).
    Conclusion  Methods Results Conclusion Targeted argon-helium cryoablation can improve the immune function and inflammatory response of patients with maxillary sinus cancer, with less complications and good long-term effect.
