Abstract: Prostate cancer is a common cancer among male patients. With the development of science and technology, the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer are becoming more and more advanced, which significantly extends the survival time of patients and improves their quality of life, so that many prostate cancer patients are diagnosed with secondary primary cancer. This paper reviews the general situation, etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the second primary cancer in prostate cancer patients.
