Abstract:
Ovarian cancer, with the highest mortality, is one of the common malignant tumors in gynecology. As the early diagnosis rate is only about 30%, enhancing the level of early diagnosis is of great significance to improve the prognosis. Detecting tumor markers has become a vital means of early diagnosis. In recent years, great innovations have taken place in screening technology. Various new types of tumor markers have been found constantly. Combined detection of multiple tumor markers, liquid biopsy and liquid chip are becoming more and more important in the early tumor detection, and have a considerable effect on the enhancement of early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, the improvement of treatment effect and decreasing case fatality rate. Herein, we review the new progress of tumor markers related to diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
