非吸烟人群肺癌危险因素的研究进展

Research Progress on Risk Factors for Lung Cancer in Nonsmokers

摘要: 肺癌已成为威胁人类健康的重要杀手，虽然吸烟已经成为公认的肺癌危险因素，但是越来越多的非吸烟人群罹患肺癌，因此研究非吸烟人群肺癌发生发展的危险因素对于肺癌的防治具有重要意义。本文就此作一综述，以期为今后非吸烟人群肺癌的防治提供病因线索和理论支持。

Abstract: Lung cancer has become an important killer to threaten human health. Even though smoking has become a recognized risk factor for lung cancer, a growing number of nonsmokers suffer from lung cancer. Therefore, the research of the risk factors for the occurrence and development of lung cancer in nonsmokers is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer. The purpose of this review is to provide the cause evidence and theoretical support for future control strategies of lung cancer.
