  • 摘要: piRNA(Piwi-interacting RNA)是一类长度为26~31 nt的新型小非编码RNA,可与PIWI蛋白结合从而调控转录基因沉默过程、修饰异染色质和维持生殖系和干细胞功能等。近年来,研究发现piRNA在多种癌组织中表达异常,与肿瘤的发生及扩散、疾病的预后等密切相关,有望成为肿瘤临床诊断和治疗的新靶点。本文旨在浅析piRNA在肿瘤中的作用机制,为临床诊疗提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Piwi-interacting RNA (PiRNA), a newly identified class of small non-coding RNA whose length are 26-31nt, can combine with PIWI proteins to regulate transcription gene silencing process, heterochromatin modifications and maintain germline and stem cell function, etc.. In recent years, the study found the abnormal expression of piRNA in various cancers is closely related to the occurrence and spread of tumor and the prognosis of disease. piRNA is expected to become a new target for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumor. This paper aims to explore the mechanism of piRNA in cancer and provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment hopefully.
