  • 摘要: 地理空间分析技术应用于肿瘤流行病学,为探索肿瘤的时空分布规律提供了方法基础和实现途径。空间插值方法通过已知样本推算缺乏数据地区的属性值,全面描述肿瘤的分布状况。空间自相关和空间扫描技术通过统计检验确定肿瘤的时空分布规律,明确肿瘤某种属性的聚集程度和聚集区域。地理加权回归方法可用于探索与空间位置相关的肿瘤病因或危险因素,并评价它们的关联程度。将地理空间分析技术应用于肿瘤流行病学中,可以直观有效地反映肿瘤地理分布特征及其变化规律,也为肿瘤病因及防治策略的研究提供更为可靠的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: The application of geographical spatial analysis in cancer epidemiology provides a methodological basis and realization approach to explore spatial and temporal distribution of cancer. The spatial interpolation method calculates the lack of data area property values by a known sample and provides a comprehensive description of the distribution of the tumor. Both of spatial autocorrelation and spatial scan determine the spatial and temporal distribution of cancer by statistical tests, to find out the degree of aggregation and accumulation area of some specific cancer property. The geographical weighted regression method can be used to explore the etiology and risk factors associated with the spatial and temporal distribution of cancer and to evaluate their correlation degree. The application of geospatial analysis in cancer epidemiology can reflect the cancer distribution characteristics and geographic variation intuitively and effectively, and provide more reliable solution for cancer etiology and cancer prevention strategies.
