Abstract:
Objective To study the expressions and clinical significance of osteopontin(OPN),survivin,bcl-2 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical carcinoma. Methods By immunohistochemystry method(S-P),the expressions of OPN,survivin and bcl-2 in 74 cases of cervical carcinoma,20 cases of high grade CIN (H-CIN),20 cases of low grade CIN(L-CIN) and 24 cases of chronic cervicitis were examined. Results The expressions of OPN,survivin and bcl-2 were obvious difference among four groups(
P<0.01).And there was obvious difference between cervical carcinoma,H-CIN,L-CIN and chronic cervicitis (
P<0.05).There was statistically significant correlation between L-CIN and cervical carcinoma (
P<0.05),but not H-CIN and cervical carcinoma (
P>0.05).The expression of OPN was positively associated with survivin ,bcl-2(
P<0.01),and it was also positively associated with differentiated grade,FIGO staging and lymph nodal involvement (
P<0.05). Conclusion OPN was more highly expressed in cervical carcinomas, which suggested that OPN was intimately correlated with growth and development of cervical carcinoma. And there was intimate correlation between the expression of OPN and survivin,bcl-2 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma.
