Brg1基因单核苷酸多态性与喉癌的相关性

Association between Brg1 Single Nucleotide Polymorphism and Laryngo Carcinoma

摘要: 目的探讨Brg1基因的rs12609589和 rs73013167两个SNP位点与喉癌发生的相关性。方法选取94例喉癌患者和100例健康对照组，采用PCR-RFLP方法对两位点进行多态性分型，并对结果进行统计学分析。结果rs12609589位点C、T基因频率在病例组和对照组中无明显差异（P>0.05）；rs73013167位点G、C基因频率在病例组和对照组中有差异（P<0.05）。结论Brg1的rs12609589位点与喉癌的发生没有相关性，rs73013167可能是喉癌发生的易感位点。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphism of Brg1 gene rs12609589 and rs73013167 sites and laryngo carcinoma. Methods Ninety-four sporic laryngo carcinoma patients and 100 controls were collected and DNA was isolated from blood samples.The single nucleotide polymorphism of Brg1 was analyzed using PCR-RFLP. Results No remarkable difference of C and T allele frequencies between case and control groups was observed in rs12609589 (P＞0.05).In rs73013167，however，the G and C allele frequencies was remarkable difference between case and control groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion Brg1 rs73013167 was related to laryngo carcinoma although rs12609589 was not.
