益气健脾汤联合FOLFOX4方案治疗结直肠癌术后患者的临床疗效

Clinical Observation of Treatment with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction Combined with FOLFOX4 for Postoperation of Colorectal Cancer

摘要: 目的观察益气健脾汤联合FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗结肠癌术后患者的临床疗效。方法采用随机研究方法，将85例患者分为两组，治疗组(41例)用中药加化疗治疗，对照组(44例)单用化疗治疗，两组疗程相同均为6月。对两组疗效进行比较分析。结果治疗组在提高生活质量、症候改善及减少相关不良反应方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气健脾汤联合FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗结肠癌术后脾虚证患者是有一定效果的，值得临床推广。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 on the postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. MethodsEighty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group (n=41) received Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy and the control group (n=44)received FLOFOX4 chemotherapy alone. A treatment course of 6 months was applied to both groups. Results The life quality, symptomatic improvement and adverse side effects reducing in the treated group were better than those in the control group. ConclusionYiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy is effective in the treatment for the postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.
