Objective To explore the effects of BSC and BMZCY on transplantable carcinoma and organ index in model animals. Methods Lewis lung carcinoma and C57BL/6 mice organ index as spleen and thymus were used to observe the effects of BSC and BMZCY on H
22 ascite tumor. Results BSC and BMZCY had the tendency to prolong the lifecycle of mice beared H
22,and also inhibited C57BL/6 mice Lewis lung cancer,and the inhibitory rate was over thirty percent.Compared with the control,no statistical difference was found on C57BL/6 mice organ index as spleen and thymus. Conclusion BSC and BMZCY could prevent the growth on H
22 ascite tumor and Lewis lung cancer.
