Abstract:
Objective To explore the prognostic factors onnon-Hodgkin,s lymphoma(NHL) in Guizhou district. Methods Follow-up studying and analyzing of prognostic factors in several aspects were performed in over 100 cases of non-Hodgkin,s lymphoma. Results (1) In 24 cases of NK/T cell lymphoma(NK/TCL),there were significant difference in mean survival time between the survivin positive group and negative group (14.1 and 26.1monthsrespectively, P=0.03). In 43 cases of B cell lymphoma (BCL),there were significant difference in mean survival time between the survivin positive group and negative group (19.1 and 27.5months respectively, P=0.013). (2) In 58 cases of NHL,there were significant difference in mean survival time between the necrosis group and non-necrosis group (7.4 and 24.4monthsrespectively,P<0.005).(3) In 53 cases of NHL,there were significant difference in mean survival time between the p53,bcl-6 double-positive group and non-double-positive group (18.9 and 32.1monthsrespectively,P<0.05). (4) In 5 cases of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma, the mean survival time was 7.4months. Conclusion Thefactorson theprognosis ofNHL included the high-expression ofapoptosis-suppressing genes, necrosis of tumor tisssues, occurrence ofNK/T celllymphoma, and dual expression ofp53and bcl-6.
