c-IAP1和bax蛋白在甲状腺癌中的表达与细胞凋亡

Expression of c-IAP1,bax Protein and cell Apoptosis of Thyroid Carcinomas

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨甲状腺癌中c-IAP1和bax蛋白的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测甲状腺肿瘤细胞中c-IAP1和bax蛋白的表达,用TUNEL法测定肿瘤细胞凋亡指数(AI)。 结果 20例甲状腺腺瘤中c-IAP1和bax阳性表达率分别为25.0%、60.0%,AI为0.33±0.21;47例甲状腺癌中c-IAP1和bax阳性表达率分别为87.2%、89.3%,AI为0.91±0.37。C-IAP1、bax和AI在腺瘤和癌组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在甲状腺癌中,c-IAP1阳性组AI低于阴性组,bax阳性组AI高于阴性组。 结论 c-IAP1和bax可能与甲状腺癌的发生发展密切相关;c-IAP1高表达抑制了甲状腺癌细胞凋亡,bax高表达促进了甲状腺癌细胞凋亡。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between expressions of c-IAP1 and bax proteins and cell apoptosis of thyroid carcinomas. Methods Immunohistochemical method(SP) was used to detect expression of c-IAP1 and bax proteins in thyroid neoplasm. The apoptosis were detected by TUNEL. Results Among 20 cases of thyroid adenomas(TA),the positive expression rates of c-IAP1 and bax proteins were 25.0% and 60.0% respectively, AI was 0.33±0.21;Among 47 cases of thyroid carcinomas (TC), the positive expression rates of c-IAP1 and bax proteins were 87.2% and 89.3% respectively, AI was 0.91±0.37. The expressions of c-IAP1 and bax proteins and AI in TA were significantly different from those in TC(P<0.05). AI of c-IAP1 positive group was lower than that of negative group in TC,AI of bax positive group was higher than that of negative group in TC. Conclusion The results indicated that c-IAP1 and bax proteins might play an important role in development of thyroid carcinomas;High expression of c-IAP1 protein might reduce inhibit the cell apoptosis of thyroid carcinomas, high expression of bax protein might promote the cell apoptosis of thyroid carcinomas.
