Abstract:
Adjuvant therapy of Kangai injection was observed in breast cancer chemotherapy or postoperative recovery. Methods The difference of efficacy, toxicity, and postoperative recovery between Kangai treatment group and control group was compared by case-control study methods. All the data was analyzed by χ2 test. Results The neo-adjuvant chemotherapy response rate of Kangai treatment group was higher than the control group (Kangai treatment group,75.64; the control group,68.75), but there was no significant difference. Compared with the control group, Kangai treatment group was lower chemotherapy toxicity, better postoperative recovery, higher proportion of regular early postoperative chemotherapy, all the differences were statistically significant (
P<0.05 ). ConclusionKangai injection of breast cancer can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy, promote postoperative recovery of breast cancer and help breast cancer patient on a regular early chemotherapy.
