NP方案与EP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效比较

Observation of Near Therapeutic Effect of Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated with NP or EP Regimen

摘要: 目的　探讨 NP与 EP方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的近斯疗效。方法　用 NVB+ DDP( NP组 )与 VP- 1 6+ DDP( EP组 )联合化疗方案分别治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌。观察其近期疗效、并相比较。结果　 NP组有效率为 46.4% ( 1 3/ 2 8), EP组为 34.6% ( 9/ 2 6), 两组比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论　NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近斯疗效较好, 但与传统 EP方案比较无明显优越性, 且副作用较多, 应用时必须引起注意.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate near therapeutic effect of advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), treated with NP regimen or EP regimen. Methods We have treated 54 patients with NSCLC using the combine chemotherapy regimen CNVB plus DDP or Vp 16 Plus DDP,(respectively),and observed their early therapeutic effects.
