肾细胞癌中HSPgp96的免疫组化研究

摘要: 目的　研究HSPgp96在人肾细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床分期、病理分级、细胞类型的相关性。方法　应用免疫组化S P法检测 5 4例人肾细胞癌组织标本中HSPgp96的表达情况。结果　在人肾细胞癌组织中HSPgp96表达阳性率为88.9%, 表达强度明显较正常肾组织增高 (P <0 .0 5 ), 但其高表达却与临床分期、病理分级及细胞类型无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　人肾细胞癌组织中HSPgp96高表达在肿瘤的发生、发展中具有重要的促进作用。

Abstract: Objective To study relationship of HSPgp96 expression and clinic stage,histological grade,type in human renal cell carcinoma. Methods Immuno-histochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of HSPgp96 in 54 cases renal cell carcinoma. Results HSPgp96 was over-expression in renal cell carcinoma,and the positive rate was 88.9% .
